Statutory auditors' fees

Societe Generale informs the public that the information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory auditors in 2016 appears on page 422 of the 2017 Registration Document filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 8 March 2017.

The 2017 Registration Document is made available to the public, free of charge, in accordance with the conditions provided for in the regulations in force and may be consulted in the "Regulated information" section of the Company's website (http://www.societegenerale.com/en/measuring-our-performance/information-and-publications/regulated_information) and on the AMF's website.
