Huawei Technologies expands its lease at Arcs de Seine

Cegeral today announced that Huawei, one of the world's leading telecommunications providers, has expanded its lease at the Arcs de Seine property by doubling the space it occupies from 5,200 sq.m to 11,700 sq.m, for a minimum lease term of six years.

The Arcs de Seine office campus is located on the banks of the Seine in the heart of TMT Valley in Boulogne-Billancourt, a Greater Paris hub for the major players in the fast-growing communications and tech industries.

The Arcs de Seine occupancy rate now stands at 94% and virtually most of the space recently vacated by Boursorama has been relet. The remaining available surface area represents just 2,500 sq.m.
