In accordance with section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading etc. Act we disclose that today BlackRock, Inc. has notified Danske Bank that at 25 April 2017 BlackRock, Inc. holds, indirectly via shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect, 5.10 % of the shares and the voting rights of Danske Bank A/S.
