It is noted that the Form of Proxy for the upcoming AGM dated 23^rd May 2017 has been updated to display a specified cut-off date and time and also to provide new address details for the return of the proxy forms to Computershare Investor Services (Guernsey) Limited.

If Shareholders have already arranged the return of their proxy forms, no further action is required. All Shareholders who are yet to return their Proxy forms are requested to use the amended copy.
