CLOSURE OF STRAND CAPITAL LTD
One of the Company's subsidiaries, Strand Capital Ltd, has, with the full co-operation and consent of the FCA, been shut down through the appointment of special administrators to conduct an orderly closure of the business, the objective being to protect client interests and minimise any potential losses to clients. The Directors do not believe that the closure of Strand will have a material impact on the operations of the Group going forward
The Group as previously stated is continuing its strategy to focus on its prime business of Merchant Banking.
