Enablence Technologies Announces Change in Auditors


OTTAWA, June 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enablence Technologies Inc. (“Enablence” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ENA), a leading supplier of optical components and subsystems for access, metro and long-haul markets, today announced it has changed auditors from Deloitte’s LLP (“Deloitte”) to MNP LLP (“MNP”) effective June 8, 2017.   In conjunction with the resignation of the former auditor Deloitte, MNP was appointed the successor auditor as of the effective date of June 8, 2017. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 ("NI-51-102"), the Company has filed a Change of Auditor Notice ("Notice") on SEDAR together with letters from both Deloitte and MNP, with each letter confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the Notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events as defined in NI 51-102 between Deloitte and the Company.
