(Oslo, Norway, 15 June 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board member Edvin Austbø (through his wholly owned company Alden AS) has today bought 300,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 18.00 per share.
Following this transaction Edvin Austbø through Alden AS holds 6,054,771 shares, equalling 12,46 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
