Altice share repurchase programme periodic update
Altice N.V. (Euronext: ATC, ATCB, "Altice") announces that it has repurchased 2,079,752 Altice common shares A and 124,782 Altice common shares B in the period from October 30, 2017 up to and including November 2, 2017 at an average price of €16.1731 for Altice common shares A and €16.1811 for Altice common shares B. This is in accordance with the repurchase programme announced on October 16, 2017. The consideration of this repurchase was €35,655,219.52.
The total number of shares repurchased under this repurchase programme is 5,549,180 Altice common shares A and 350,238 Altice common shares B for a total consideration of €98,446,858.62.
