Release and availability of the 2017 Registration Document
2017 Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 21, 2018.
The document is available on the BIC website (www.bicworld.com) as well as on the website of the AMF (www.amf-france.org).
This document comprises:
- the Annual Financial Report,
- the Management Report of the Board of Directors for 2017,
- The Report on Corporate Governance of the Board of Directors, as well as the related Statutory Auditors' findings.
- Information related to the fees paid to the auditors,
- the description of the share buyback program,
- the draft resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors' to the Annual General Meeting to be held on May 16, 2018, as well as the Board of Directors' report on the draft resolutions.
