Gainey McKenna & Egleston Announces A Class Action Lawsuit Has Been Filed Against A10 Networks, Inc. (ATEN)

NEW YORK, March 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against A10 Networks, Inc. (“A10 Networks” or the “Company”) (NYSE:ATEN) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of a class consisting of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired A10 Networks securities on the open market from February 9, 2016 and January 30, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”), seeking to recover compensable damages caused by Defendants’ violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The Complaint alleges Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) A10 Networks had issues with its internal controls that required an Audit Committee investigation; (2) A10 Networks’ revenues since the fourth quarter of 2015 were false due to improper revenue recognition which prompted an investigation by the Company’s Audit Committee; and (3) as a result, Defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
