Gawk Reverse Splits Its Stock, Clearing the Way for Acquisitions

LOS ANGELES, CA, April 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GAWK (OTC PINK: GAWKD): Scott Kettle, CEO of GAWK, Inc. announced today that the Company has reverse split its stock at 2,500 for one.

Kettle said, “The reverse split is good for Gawk, and new financing will allow for more acquisitions and new services to be launched, which means accelerated growth for the Company.

“Gawk is seriously undervalued. We have grown by acquiring companies, such as the assets of Net D, Xtelus LLC, and Connexum, LLC, buying elements of competing companies that offer us talented personnel, complimentary services and customer increases.  We are doing Due Diligence on several companies in the U.S.at the moment. Prior to the action we have just taken, we have recently added services such as Voice Broadcast, Ringless Voicemail, and email advertising to brands and advertising agencies to produce more revenue. Our business plan is driven by acquisitions and organic growth. Our mission is “The Engine that Drives Sales and Marketing” for our customers.”
