Bravatek Inks Binding Letter of Intent with Space City Energy Marketing

Austin, Texas, Aug. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (OTC: Pink BVTK) is pleased to announce that Space City Energy Marketing has signed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) for $1 Million USD. Bravatek/JV with DarkPulse, Inc. will provide products and services related to DarkPulse’s Erebus system-- advanced, fiber-based monitoring systems which uses advanced laser-based components, as well as includes other hardware and software that detects changes in the structural integrity of infrastructure at various critical infrastructure locations.

Michael Duvall, CEO of Space City Energy Marketing, stated: “When we connected with David Singer, Vice President of Sales for Bravatek, in June I knew the technology that he introduced to us would be of interest to our pipeline customer base. Gas pipelines are a critical transportation system and our clients are always concerned about safety and security. We have only introduced the technology to a very small percentage of our client base, yet the reception has been very positive and are confident this is just the beginning.”

Mr. Singer stated: “It has been a great experience working with Mike again, his contact list is amazing. It seems as if every week we are talking to new leads and we keep DarkPulse’s CTO, Mark Banash, very busy. In addition to the structural integrity of the pipelines, the refinery applications for security/intrusion detection is a bonus and something we are also pursuing together.”

“I have worked with David Singer for almost 20 years and he introduced a new, wireless, state-of-the-art solution to an international oil company, collecting data in real time that was enormously useful for safety and efficiency. I believe, as he does, that the DarkPulse Erebus system can play a critical positive role for major gas and oil pipelines worldwide,” Mr. Duvall concluded.
