Pursuant to section 30 of Consolidated Act no. 12 of 8 January 2018 on capital markets, as amended, NeuroSearch A/S ("NeuroSearch") hereby announces to have received a major shareholder announcement from Amici Capital, LLC, formerly known as Porter Orlin LLC.
Amici Capital, LLC, has informed NeuroSearch that by the latest major shareholder announcement of 16 December 2011 Amici Capital, LLC managed 2,481,804 shares corresponding to 10.11 percent of the shares and voting rights.
After a sale of shares on 8 September 2016 Amici Capital, LLC managed 2,382,404 shares and 47,648,080 voting rights corresponding to 9.70 percent of the shares and voting rights.
After a sale of shares on 24 January 2017 Amici Capital, LLC managed 1,000,000 shares and 20,000,000 voting rights corresponding to 4.07 percent of the shares and voting rights.
Amici Capital, LLC has subsequently disposed of its remaining shares in NeuroSearch and Amici Capital, LLC does not administer shares or voting rights in NeuroSearch.
