TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- POCML 4 Inc. (TSXV: POCM) (“POCML”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has granted conditional approval of the previously announced business combination (the “Transaction”) of POCML with MediPharm Labs Inc.
