Oslo, October 24, 2018: Chief Executive Officer, Raymond Carlsen has today bought 10,000 shares in Scatec Solar ASA at the price of NOK 56.73 per share. Mr. Carlsen, as CEO, is a primary insider in Scatec Solar ASA.
After the transaction, Mr. Carlsen holds 2,765,760 shares in Scatec Solar ASA privately and through Argentos AS, representing 2.44% of the issued shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
