At the meeting held on 8 November 2018 the Supervisory Council of Šiaulių Bankas AB (hereinafter - the Bank) approved the Bank’s Dividend Policy (attached).
Taking into account the assumptions set out in the Policy, the Bank will aim to allocate at least 25 per cent of the group's annual profit for dividends.
