Silmäasema will publish its Financial Statement Release, Half Year Financial Report and two Interim Reports in 2019 as follows:

| Half Year Financial Report for January-June 2019 | on Friday 16 August 2019 |
| Interim Report for January-September 2019 | on Friday 8 November 2019 |
The Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors for 2018 will be published on the Company's website at the latest in week 12/2019.
Silmäasema's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 10 April 2019. Silmäasema's Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.

Silmäasema is the largest private eye clinic provider offering eye surgeries and the second largest optical retail chain in Finland. The Silmäasema chain has over 150 stores and 14 eye clinics in Finland as well as ten stores in Estonia. The Silmäasema chain employs close to 1,000 eye healthcare professionals. Silmäasema's Group net sales were EUR 118.3 million in 2017 and adjusted EBITDA was EUR 11.8 million.
