Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. Grants Options Pursuant to Share Incentive Plan


TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: MVD.H) announces that it has granted options to purchase 400,000 common shares to certain directors and officers of the Company, effective December 10, 2018, pursuant to the terms of the company’s  share incentive plan. The options shall be exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a term of ten years from the date of grant, and vest immediately upon the grant.
